"Fear doesn't fear me, why should I fear it?" - Tiffany Millerbis Fear is helpful to us as humans, other times - terrifying. How can this be both? Let's break it down - Fear as an emotion. Emotion E Motion E = Energy (frequency once defined) Motion = propulsion "Energy in Motion" - This is what emotions ARE! I've understood this looong before it became a "thing" out there on others tongues...but worth repeating and should be acknowledged as a solid truth. It can't be stressed enough; We as intellectual creatures need to grasp this unmovable truth, and then never forget it. Ever. Depending on the circumstance that begets the reaction of fear within us, our first clue that it carries a frequency is by the intensity we experience that fear. The sensation of it lasting anywhere from a few seconds to an astounding 24/7 feeling ... as many live in complete and utter Fear. Sadly, it's encouraged in our society. Sadly through the culture we co-create, it's everywhere. Fear is everywhere. We spend most of our time absorbing what is "outside" of us, vs. spending time focusing on what is happening "inside" of us. We as a whole, would have a very different experience on this planet if we took the time to understand our own emotions. NOT fear them - but KNOW them. Taking the time to analyze what it is for me personally, those things, what situations I experience that bring on the sensation of fear, I've found an ultimate TRUTH about it. Not surprisingly, fear carries, and resonates, at a frequency. EVERYTHING we think, feel, touch, taste and see has a frequency to it. Thoughts, emotions, our physical structure and everything inside it, carries frequencies. Every cell and every atom of our physical "matter" has a frequency. This is literal and is also the first truth of fear. It would make no sense to acknowledge the frequency of creation and leave fear out of the equation ... ...So I started exploring from this epiphany and went deeper with it - always deeper What frequency does Fear resonate? That's been a difficult answer to nail down. There are frequency maps and charts, like the one below, that gives us a visual, but scientists and other energy explorers haven't been able to agree on a solid number. Many reports of experiments conducted that I've read about, gauge that fear resonates about 4Htz, or 4 cycles per second. Although Fear seems to have inherent qualities - I can assure you, that's all it is ... a frequency. Not tangible in any way until we create something tangible with that energy. Key phrase being "until we create ..." We are the ones who determine the vocabulary that is used to "DE-FINE" what fear means in any given situation. As individuals, we are the ones who get to decide what fear/s mean to us, and along with that, how much power to give it. Since fear is an indestructible energetic force, as we are ... we have the ability to change it, or at least we can choose to rise above it so it's not adversely effecting us any longer. Fear, on a good day, serves as an indicator that something is amiss. Perhaps we're in physical danger and need to get away fast, or perhaps we are facing uncertainty in a situation that brings about fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear that something bad is going to happen. This could be considered a "healthy" dose of fear. Gets us moving away from danger and uncertain situations. Fear on a bad day can be so gripping that it terrorizes us ... freezing us in our tracks, and then we react in unhealthy ways. We react by lashing out at that frequency with something hopefully more powerful than it. Unfortunately, we haven't developed the skill to hone a higher frequency when we meet fear. Fear can't be transmuted to a higher frequency when we don't show up to it with a higher frequency. It's universally impossible to stop fear with emotions that are a lower frequency than "IT". Which means there's something we ... YOU ... can do about it. The mind is the one thing you can control - and this is empowering. In fact, the mind is the only control we have over anything. This is the tool we create our reality with. I started exploring fear by observing my own thoughts, soon realizing there was needed work in that area ... simply based on the fact I wasn't controlling them. There are millions of things in the world I have no control of, being good with most of that ... but to not have control of my own mind, even on a small scale, is disturbing to me. Very disturbing. Deciding what stays and what goes, what thoughts have value ... which ones ALIGN with my values became a great focus in my life, and now that I know what I know, will always strive for higher resonating thoughts, higher frequencies of emotions. If this means changing every aspect of my life, the people in it, what I look at and how I see it, how I react to external stimulation/s, how I choose to show up, then I've vowed to doing this. I couldn't bypass the curiosity of experiencing life being 100% in control of my thoughts and emotions. At the end of the day, I get to choose what I want to see when I wake up in the morning. I get to choose who is in my life, where I travel, where I work and play. By controlling my mind and keeping fear in its place, I get to empower myself on a planet that otherwise will continue to do whats in its nature, no matter how I feel about it - so I choose my sovereignty in every moment I can. The quality of my life actually depends on it. If you're not ready to take the deep dive into fear, trust me, I understand. With that, I can't encourage people enough to at least take an inventory of what your thoughts typically are. If they are negative and fear based ... there's your answer on why you are in the "place" you find yourself, should you not be satisfied with the life you have. We can help each other though, and should ... by showing up in a higher light, speaking in a higher light, loving in a higher way. Tolerance, forgiveness, compassion, friendship and LOVE - easy aspects we can exude to others that are typically contagious - even for ourselves. Try it, you'll like it! So why not choose to be upliftingly (yes, I made that up) contagious vs. being a contagion. Your inner world depends on it and others need it, desperately! Until next time - Be Well, Stay Well
