Sculpture: Echnida, the Mother of monsters Sculpted by: Simone Moschino Contributor: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pirro_Ligorio There’s no denying the sheer power of our individual, dualistic nature, namely our personality. Seemingly, the dark qualities of our personality (the ego states of nature) prove to be some of the most profound experiences we have as humans, although grossly misunderstood. These qualities seem to effortlessly form the foundation of our perception, emotions, thoughts, speech, and actions, which then lead us to our experiences while ‘alive’—alive through our physical senses and our perceptions of those physical senses. Although we are alive, does this equate to ‘Living’? The answer to that question depends on one's unique placement they find themself in, right now. In the grand scheme of the continuous unfoldment of this creation, through the physical universe, it is anyone's guess why some seem to have found a way out of human suffering and are at peace, while some ... many, struggle daily with what life is, what it means to be alive, why they're alive, and what they should be doing while they're alive. Sadly, most of us don't contemplate our human experience. We tend to live based on what we feel right now, what we think about right now, and whether we are content and comfortable in the moment. Without contemplation in our life, life becomes mechanical in nature. Our immediate experience then, can only stem from the prior moment, which is usually devoid of self awareness. This is the most vulnerable place we find ourselves, as it leaves us wide open, all doors and windows, to external influences, which bleed into our "internal world", and dominate the ability to create ... which they do; most of those external influences come with heavy distortions of their own. Example: Stop for a moment… Is how you are feeling at this moment, right now, not how you felt a second prior? And now that you’re ‘aware’ of this phenomenon, isn’t it interesting to think how this very article has something to do with how you are feeling now, and what you are thinking at this very moment? But put this article down and focus on something else… and you then experience the ‘creation’ of what you focus on next—through your senses, mainly desire. What do we desire to experience next? Yes? Echidna, the Mother of monsters in Greek mythology, holds true to her nature more than we do. This is most likely why she’s considered a goddess. Her duty is being fulfilled by following the natural laws of her nature—the mother of our egos. If we were to work with her persona, by overlaying her qualities and applying her nature to ourselves (which is what is happening through this myth story anyway), we start to slowly realize that our human afflictions stem from birthing our own distortions. There is no one else that breeds the way we show up in the world. There is no one who has the capability of sculpting who we are (with the exception of our young influential years) and what our purpose is while we’re alive, unless we give them that power to do so. In essence, we are Echidna. We give birth to our own monsters, aka demons. We give birth to that which sustains our human suffering. As it is with most mythological gods, goddesses, and creatures, they tend to show us and reflect back perfectly, whatever state of mind we are currently holding to. This isn’t surprising, as it was humans who created the myth stories to begin with, admiringly so. The detailed rivers of truth that carve and weave their way into the one who studies these stories and fully comprehends them for what they are through human history, find themself on a path of self-discovery and higher levels of consciousness and Universal Knowledge. These ancient myth stories apply to the human condition today just as much as they did when they were created. Why? Unfortunately, although we have evolved physically by deepening our experiences through materialism, we haven’t advanced our knowledge on a large enough scale to know our ‘other’ nature—the part of our nature that is Eternal; that nature which is pure DIVINITY. All the myth stories speak to this part of our experience too, along with providing the map and the recipes to escape this continuous wheel of forgetting which has led to unfathomable amounts of human suffering. Whenever we come into contact with another, even if it’s a brief encounter, we must realize this person is seeing us from their side of a lens—usually with distortions. Should you know that person for years, or even intimately, you are still entering another’s view of you 100% of the time. It’s the sole reason why knowing ourselves is essential to our overall growth and health. Why? For the sole reason that once you’ve reached even a small amount of truisms of who you are, no one can tell you about you ever again in that regard. This facet alone, I would hope, would encourage an individual to do the work it takes to fully and completely self-realize, self-actualize, and become a true human ‘Being,’ not an animal that has the ability to intellectualize (humanoid vs. a human Being) Sculpture: Orcus, lord of the underworld Sculpted by: Simone Moschino Reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orcus Although we seem to be walking around unaware of ourselves, stumbling into situation after situation that perpetuates our own suffering, at some point we have to realize the common denominator is who?, is what? What is the common denominator? Why its YOU! Step through the mouth of Orcus, which signifies a portal to our subconscious mind, and allow Echidna to tell you your story of how you wound up here with yourself. In layman’s terms, this means taking the time to get tough with yourself and start asking the hard questions about how to reverse your conditioning of the human experience. This means taking the time to do some very deep analysis on how you think, for it is in the dark recesses of the mind where we find that which begets either our delusions and distortions, or that which has been rectified and brought into the light, seeing your life for what it truly is. You will notice after a time, and as you heal, this work moves from the mind space, into the heart space. We don’t just bring a distortion into the light and it’s automatically rectified—no! The initial light, the first light, is merely the awareness of the distortion—that which was able to break through our darkness so that we may see the distortion, as a distortion, instead of an affliction we have no power over. Taking further steps, which is considered doing the Great Work, is where the transmutation of darkness and light unite with each other, no longer a duality that agitates and creates ‘cause and effect’—aka Karma—but that state which unites. Before this even happens though, we can only know what we know by allowing ourselves to experience the opposite. Now that we’ve mastered complete blindness of our spiritual nature, along with the complete disintegration of our Divinity (seemingly)… do we not have any desire to understand what our Spiritual nature is about? Do we truly not believe we can rectify and heal our human suffering? What is the point in denying our divine nature even one more day, lest we adopt the title of masochist? This process of death and rebirth gives rise to the innate power that resides, and has always been present, within the depths of our soul by reuniting with the essence of the Spirit—the ‘other Mother,’ the unadulterated Mother, the Divine Mother—the non-shadow aspect of the Divine Mother (yet the shadow resides within her, always). Yes, even creation has a shadow, and also gives rise to why we ourselves have shadow aspects. The key, though, is acknowledging we have these qualities, and until we have a complete comprehensive understanding of them and complete control of the elements of our nature, we will continue to experience life at the level of our understanding and fall prey to the powers of this dualistic nature, placing us pretty close still to the animal kingdom, more so than the human kingdom. We still have a long way to go to evolve from the animal kingdom. Unlike the animal kingdom, though, we have been given the gift of self-actualization and a doorway to our divine nature. I believe this is the difference between those who have removed themselves from the suffering of their humanity and those who are drowning in the lack of self-awareness… to the degree of utter insanity. Those who have done the work and have evolved beyond some major illusions, understand that with continued work, more will be revealed. This has also been my experience. Let us at least strive for balance, first and foremost. We don’t want to run and avoid our darkness any more than we want to feed and fall prey/victim to it. The slope is slippery, treacherous, and full of false doctrine. The encouragement here is to start being aware of the steps we are taking. Do they lead us toward our own salvation, or are we walking down the same streets of human ignorance and affliction, creating more human suffering for ourselves and others? That will be your personal journey. We are overdue for what is considered the Great Work—the Great Work that every spiritual Master has ever spoken of; every Master that ever came to this planet to share spiritual knowledge with humanity in hopes that we will ‘get it.’ We are so very far from redemption on many levels. However, it is my hope that those who walk the beams of light emanations continue to speak, teach, and work with others who are lost in the wilderness. These lost ones, tormented ones, "evil ones" are STILL ... at their core, our brothers and sisters. You are my brother, You are my sister - and as long as I have breath in this body, I will speak and plant as many seeds of Divinity, to the capacity of my current understanding, in hopes that it may inspire and assist with you igniting the fire that is your essence, fulfilling the destiny of your Souls path. I want to see us ALL make it. We don't have to suffer - We've never had to suffer, and if we did have to, I believe we've suffered enough. Question is, do you feel the same? Only you can make that call for yourself. Until next time - Love and Light from the Highest - may our paths be led with mercy ...

Artist: HyperHorizon "Soul Cage" ... any state of being that is absent or separated from one's Inner-most "Being", the Abstract Absolute, the Universal Consciousness, the Unknowable, or that which is considered God (Creation before it created) - serves as a blind cage (a cage yet unseen) due to the fact that we have not seen ourselves, outside of ourselves before.
The moment I forgot who I was - was the moment I forgot who I am. The cage starts constructing from here (unconsciousness) as a seed; a seed that has the potential to sprout. I've sprouted the cage (my individual cage), you the reader has sprouted the cage...and it's difficult to know these cages from inside the cage. We each provide the fertilizer for that seed of unconsciousness to continually grow and "become" that which we are not - unconscious, controlled by the physical world, indoctrinated, usually innocently ... sometimes not, into a system where "Spirit" is rarely spoken of, let alone education and comprehension of our individual Soul. How then, do we know we're even in a cage? There are skills to be learned that can identify them, symptoms we can observe, and here I will share some of them with you. Ultimately, and because your cages are different than mine, you will need to find your own way in identifying that which holds you in certain forms of your mental and spiritual cage. Some cages are felt, others are heard, often times they are seen, and they are ALWAYS experienced, whether we are at a point of being able to identify them or not. We can't NOT experience our cage, as we're mentally in it 24/7. Usually, more often than not, these cages are instilled in us at very tender ages. Initially, it's Others who gave us the building blocks and tools, or sometimes nothing at all, to navigate our internal and external lives. These cages are passed down from generation to generation within our earthly families. Sometimes they come in from a neighbor, a childhood friend, a childhood teacher, or anyone that crosses our path with a desire to have us think and feel as they do, and act as they do. Because we do not understand our Sovereignty (a powerful aspect of our Being), we innocently, and inevitably, allow the exoteric forces to run and rule our lives. However, once our sovereignty is fully REALized, the ego has little chance of surviving this interaction with the Spirit (this is for another discussion though). Cages are built here in our human experience due to the fact that no one is talking about them, as many are not teaching us as children about Spiritual cages, the spiritual traps and the pitfalls we will run into through our life. We rarely learn about our sovereignty. We are not taught, nor encouraged, to stay solvent (owing nothing to anyone, and in turn, we are owed nothing), no words given on our true state of being. We are not taught about personal authenticity ... and so ... over time, we start to sculpt ourselves into our own cages because it's what we know how to do given the tools provided, or the lack thereof. We sculpt ourselves based on others cages around us, like a blueprint. We sculpt our ego's (plural, as we each have many), which in turn, gives rise to our own personal "legion" of demons, aka Ego personalities (you think the legion is outside of yourself?). Whenever an experience presents itself that REFLECTS a cage, it's worth exploring. If one desires to escape the cage, then one MUST explore it...and it's not a pleasant journey at times, and sometimes needing assistance from others in various forms. We start by learning how to become a SELF explorer, a self observer (who is it inside of you that is observing?...and who is observing that observer?). It's high time that we start to at least acknowledge that we have a Soul. We, as the human species, supposed "intellectual" beings, are past due in showing reverence to our own Inner-Being, our own inner consciousness, our Essence!; The essence that allows this physical body to breath, pump blood, see beauty, EXPERIENCE beauty! The essence which is our birth right, is severely unknown in our day to day travels through what we consider life ... but if we're in a cage, are we actually living? We typically reside within our shell (physical human form), oblivious to the Glorious, Sacred, Loving force within and about us. Moving on: Any "extreme" sensation, emotion, action/reaction that presents itself, a change of attitude within that disturbs our being, a negative circling thought, physical sensations of stress or suppression - are many times "symptoms" that present themselves due to our separation from our source, our Soul, our Spirit. One way to identify a cage is to ask yourself if you are content in this world, as it all seems to be falling apart? Are we working toward having and a deep, intimate relationship with our innermost Being?, or are we transfixed on all the problems in the world, all the problems in our personal life - pacing the cage? Identify a cage when you are feeling/sensing/believing as if there is no personal control in your world. Psychological awareness of anger, jealousy, vengeance, hatred, lust, greed, etc. are most definitely cages, even in their simplest form/s, as the smallest forms are usually the seeds of these spiritual entrapments that turn into our monsters. These so called monsters exist to ensure we stay in the cage (and also serve as our teachers ... this is for a future discussion), for if let out ... well, lets just say its the end of that particular "monster", and it knows it. We all have them. If there is a low vibrational seed, and you are either wittingly or unwittingly feeding it, it will grow. Universal Law states this to be so, and Universal Law is unwavering. There are also subtler forms of cages. Habits that don't really seem to serve any purpose other than making us feel good for a moment, but these have the ability to turn into addictions, of all kinds, if we are not paying attention. Spiritual aversions, so to speak. These can be tricky and very difficult to track down as they don't always scream loud ... but I can assure you that once you start learning how to identify these cages, even the vague, seemingly quiet facets of our cage, is going to have a tough time hiding from you for too long. Declare your Sovereignty however, and nothing here has a chance of adversely affecting you. The most dangerous cage (in my experience), is that of spiritual entropy. The gray zone, as I refer to it. The complete lack of knowing, caring, considering or acknowledging that there is an energetic environment that resides in the Macrocosm and the Microcosm of our existence. The gray zone is like the screen of a fairy tale we watch from the moment we wake up in the morning, until the time we turn in at the end of the day. We've seen it so many times we can often quote the whole day before we even live it. Starting and ending the same way. The ego knows very well that its existence becomes threatened once we start moving out of this gray area. The ego needs us in that gray area, because we don't resist there, we don't expand our consciousness there, and therefore, we don't grow. We become a food source of energy for the ego. It's amazing to think that the ego knows us and our weaknesses better than we do. It's why its so essential that we start making efforts to get out of the cage. To do this, we have to have the WILLINGNESS to explore ourselves deeper. Recommended self awareness starting points: 1. Any ill thinking or emotions that prevent you from self exploration. 2. Addictions, of ALL kinds ... even the seemingly harmless ones. 3. Your outlook on life in general. Are you pessimistic? Judgemental? A people pleaser? 4. Look for "trends" of people that keep entering your life that diminish, or try to diminish, any part of your authenticity (that which you know to be true of yourself). 5. Are you locked up in a job that doesn't inspire you because someone in the past told you that THIS is who you should be? 6. Do you find yourself having difficulty in relationships, of any kind, but especially deep emotional or romantic types of relationships? 7. Are you following the crowd, wearing a mask so your individual light isn't shinning? 8. Are you abusive toward others - needing to control those around you? 9. Do you have tendencies toward rage, guilt, selfishness, self indulgence, depression, erratic thoughts and actions? ...the list of symptoms go on and on and on. I'm going to generally assume that the main point has been made here - our "cages" represent any aspect of ourselves that need our assistance, and sometimes straight out war, as our egos have lied to us since the day we were born. Self Awareness IS the journey. It's not obtaining things or controlling others - it's about clearing out, healing, discarding that which does not belong here blocking the path of our Soul towards it's "higher", actually "inner" knowingness of the Divine Being. And Lastly?? The kicker here? ... after what's been shared up to this point? ... The real TRUTH of the "matter" - is the cage is and always will be, an illusion. IT'S NOT THERE. The cage doesn't even exist, the ego knows this. It's the fact that the human mind is very impressionable. Extremely impressionable. But that's all it is - Impressions. Our demons, our egos, our distortions, are all impressions based on a false foundation, and instilled through the our 5 senses (sight, sound, taste, touch, smell), as well as through the emotions (this is for a later discussion). Wouldn't it be helpful to know how your invisible cage was constructed, why it was constructed and how to correct this misconception? The good news is, you can. The good news is, YOU are the only one who can correct it. No outside chaos, no one telling you about you, no ego twisting your energies while your not looking so it can continue to feed off your Divinity. A future Spiritual war isn't coming in the future. That Spiritual war is happening NOW, and has been for thousands of years. I encourage the beginning, for you as the reader, to start revering that you are a Creation of "your" most High. You are a direct extension of that Creator. Every aspect of the Creator is within your makeup - you can not avoid it, get away from it, nor destroy it - It is you and you are IT! Creation is your every breath and every heartbeat ... it is the energy that drives every thought, word and action - whether you accept these words or not. There is nothing on earth, physical wise, that compares to the experience of living life in a Divine state of Being. Seeing the Divinity in every thing and in every one. Every Spiritual Master that ever walked the planet spoke of this Divine state of being, available to all, not just a few. Let's start pursuing that which we have so long forgotten. To get started, try the items above which will start opening your real senses to what is actually going on, better yet, create your own. Feel free to read through the other Blog posts on this website to gain even more seeds of reflection. And as always - don't hesitate to reach out and share your stories, or to inquire about something along your own path. I'm here, I'm available, and I'm ready to help in any way I can. Until next time - Be Well, Stay Well! "Fear doesn't fear me, why should I fear it?" - Tiffany Millerbis Fear is helpful to us as humans, other times - terrifying. How can this be both? Let's break it down - Fear as an emotion. Emotion E Motion E = Energy (frequency once defined) Motion = propulsion "Energy in Motion" - This is what emotions ARE! I've understood this looong before it became a "thing" out there on others tongues...but worth repeating and should be acknowledged as a solid truth. It can't be stressed enough; We as intellectual creatures need to grasp this unmovable truth, and then never forget it. Ever. Depending on the circumstance that begets the reaction of fear within us, our first clue that it carries a frequency is by the intensity we experience that fear. The sensation of it lasting anywhere from a few seconds to an astounding 24/7 feeling ... as many live in complete and utter Fear. Sadly, it's encouraged in our society. Sadly through the culture we co-create, it's everywhere. Fear is everywhere. We spend most of our time absorbing what is "outside" of us, vs. spending time focusing on what is happening "inside" of us. We as a whole, would have a very different experience on this planet if we took the time to understand our own emotions. NOT fear them - but KNOW them. Taking the time to analyze what it is for me personally, those things, what situations I experience that bring on the sensation of fear, I've found an ultimate TRUTH about it. Not surprisingly, fear carries, and resonates, at a frequency. EVERYTHING we think, feel, touch, taste and see has a frequency to it. Thoughts, emotions, our physical structure and everything inside it, carries frequencies. Every cell and every atom of our physical "matter" has a frequency. This is literal and is also the first truth of fear. It would make no sense to acknowledge the frequency of creation and leave fear out of the equation ... ...So I started exploring from this epiphany and went deeper with it - always deeper What frequency does Fear resonate? That's been a difficult answer to nail down. There are frequency maps and charts, like the one below, that gives us a visual, but scientists and other energy explorers haven't been able to agree on a solid number. Many reports of experiments conducted that I've read about, gauge that fear resonates about 4Htz, or 4 cycles per second. Although Fear seems to have inherent qualities - I can assure you, that's all it is ... a frequency. Not tangible in any way until we create something tangible with that energy. Key phrase being "until we create ..." We are the ones who determine the vocabulary that is used to "DE-FINE" what fear means in any given situation. As individuals, we are the ones who get to decide what fear/s mean to us, and along with that, how much power to give it. Since fear is an indestructible energetic force, as we are ... we have the ability to change it, or at least we can choose to rise above it so it's not adversely effecting us any longer. Fear, on a good day, serves as an indicator that something is amiss. Perhaps we're in physical danger and need to get away fast, or perhaps we are facing uncertainty in a situation that brings about fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear that something bad is going to happen. This could be considered a "healthy" dose of fear. Gets us moving away from danger and uncertain situations. Fear on a bad day can be so gripping that it terrorizes us ... freezing us in our tracks, and then we react in unhealthy ways. We react by lashing out at that frequency with something hopefully more powerful than it. Unfortunately, we haven't developed the skill to hone a higher frequency when we meet fear. Fear can't be transmuted to a higher frequency when we don't show up to it with a higher frequency. It's universally impossible to stop fear with emotions that are a lower frequency than "IT". Which means there's something we ... YOU ... can do about it. The mind is the one thing you can control - and this is empowering. In fact, the mind is the only control we have over anything. This is the tool we create our reality with. I started exploring fear by observing my own thoughts, soon realizing there was needed work in that area ... simply based on the fact I wasn't controlling them. There are millions of things in the world I have no control of, being good with most of that ... but to not have control of my own mind, even on a small scale, is disturbing to me. Very disturbing. Deciding what stays and what goes, what thoughts have value ... which ones ALIGN with my values became a great focus in my life, and now that I know what I know, will always strive for higher resonating thoughts, higher frequencies of emotions. If this means changing every aspect of my life, the people in it, what I look at and how I see it, how I react to external stimulation/s, how I choose to show up, then I've vowed to doing this. I couldn't bypass the curiosity of experiencing life being 100% in control of my thoughts and emotions. At the end of the day, I get to choose what I want to see when I wake up in the morning. I get to choose who is in my life, where I travel, where I work and play. By controlling my mind and keeping fear in its place, I get to empower myself on a planet that otherwise will continue to do whats in its nature, no matter how I feel about it - so I choose my sovereignty in every moment I can. The quality of my life actually depends on it. If you're not ready to take the deep dive into fear, trust me, I understand. With that, I can't encourage people enough to at least take an inventory of what your thoughts typically are. If they are negative and fear based ... there's your answer on why you are in the "place" you find yourself, should you not be satisfied with the life you have. We can help each other though, and should ... by showing up in a higher light, speaking in a higher light, loving in a higher way. Tolerance, forgiveness, compassion, friendship and LOVE - easy aspects we can exude to others that are typically contagious - even for ourselves. Try it, you'll like it! So why not choose to be upliftingly (yes, I made that up) contagious vs. being a contagion. Your inner world depends on it and others need it, desperately! Until next time - Be Well, Stay Well |
